CALL FOR PAPERS
The III Workshop on Gender Economics sponsored by FEDEA and COSME will take place on May, 27th and 28th, 2010 at FEDEA (C/ Jorge Juan, 46, Madrid).
The aim of the Workshop is to offer young researchers interested in gender economics a forum for the presentation and discussion of research papers representing current advances in the field. Cecilia García Peñalosa will give the keynote lecture in this third edition. In addition, there will be 10 papers to be presented and discussed in the two-days conference. Submissions for presentation should include an abstract and, when possible, the paper itself in PDF format (one single file, including tables and figures). Preference will be given to submissions that include a complete paper. There is no registration fee for participants. Lunch and dinner will be freely provided. Participants must pay their travel and accommodation expenses.
The submission deadline is April, 3rd 2010. Acceptance decisions will be communicated by the end of April. We particularly encourage graduate students to apply.
